Hey, I’m David. I help small businesses and nonprofits eliminate the manual work that’s holding them back.
I spent 7 years managing operations at digital marketing agencies, and I noticed firsthand how much time teams spent on repetitive tasks—copying data between systems, chasing down information, updating spreadsheets manually. What really stood out was how agencies struggled to streamline information flow across teams. Data was stored in silos, client information was fragmented, and no one had a clear picture of what was actually happening. That’s when I realized automation and better processes could directly improve team performance and productivity.
So I shifted my focus to building solutions that actually solve these problems. I work with n8n, Python, and AI tools to create document processing systems, workflow automations, and dashboards that help with real decisions—not the kind that just look impressive in demos. My goal is to build systems that teams can own and maintain themselves.
